|Booking Deadline:||Hubble booking sheet to be received 7 business days prior to flighting.|
|Cancellation Policy:||If the Agreement is cancelled, within 5 days of flighting, for any reason whatsoever, Hubbleshall be entitled to retain the Advertising Fee paid by the Advertiser; and be entitled to be paid the remaining monies due for the term of the agreement forthwith.|
In the event that for whatever reason Hubble is no longer able to place the Digital Touch Screens in vehicles suitable for purposes of this agreement (in Hubble's sole discretion), Hubble shall be entitled to cancel this agreement forthwith, without incurring any liability towards the Advertiser whatsoever.
